What I Liked Most About True:
True.com is the only internet dating website that offers criminal background checks, and they advertise this on their home page. Someone with a criminal record might even be deterred from signing up on this site. I loved the individual quizzes for each aspect of what makes a person unique with descriptions of different types and how the types get along with each other. I also liked the option of adding video or voice to your profile.
A week after signing up for a free trial, I realized that my credit card had not yet been charged and yet I was still able to send emails to people. I called customer service and spoke to a woman named Jacinta who provided me with the most charming, amiable service I’ve ever received. (I’ve bonded before with strangers over the phone, but she charmed me into a good mood for the rest of the evening!) She said that customers actually earn points for taking True’s many personality tests and that I had extended my free trial by a month!
What I Liked Least About True:
I did not appreciate the unsolicited magazine offers interspersed in my registration process.
